The Pittsford Chamber hosts Candlelight Night. This family-fun annual tradition is a festival that kicks off the Winter holidays. This event is held throughout the Village of Pittsford, with South Main Street being closed between the Four Corners (Monroe and State Streets) down to Church Street to accommodate activities and pedestrian traffic. Activities will take place in the center of the Village, Schoen Place and Northfield Common.

During the evening, the streets will come alive with horse-drawn carriage rides, visits from Santa, Mrs. Claus, and The Grinch. The sound of live carolers add to the festive air of the evening. Village businesses welcome the public with special sales, events and or treats!

Our annual tree lightings will take place at 5:30 PM (State & Main Streets), 6:00 PM Schoen Place Pavillion; 6:45 PM Northfield Common Gazebo (across from Label 7).

Kid’s activities will take place at The Kid’s Zone in Northfield Common. There will be an obstacle course, face painting, live reindeer, photos with Santa, live Alpaca and more!

Plan on having dinner and dessert with many of our food trucks located throughout the Village or reserve a table at one of the local restaurants.

Join our annual Pub Crawl where you will be able to enjoy drink specials at many of our local bars and restaurants around the Village of Pittsford.

SHUTTLE SERVICES:
There will be 2 shuttle stops to and from the Village of Pittsford. These shuttles will run from 5:00 p.m. with the last return being at 7:45 p.m. Please note:  No dogs allowed on buses. Buses are not handicapped accessible.
Shuttle #1:
  1. Sutherland High School with a drop off at Lincoln Road and South Main Street.
  2. Pick up at Lincoln/S. Main and return to Sutherland High School
Shuttle #2:
  1. Pick up at Pittsford Plaza in front of Century Liquor with a drop off at back parking lot of The DelMonte Inn.
  2. Pick up at DelMonte Parking lot (in back) and return to Pittsford Plaza.
Chamber Information Tent: At Corner of S. Main St. and Monroe Ave.
Stop by the Chamber information tent to get your Program Booklet outlining the night’s activities. Glow candles available while supplies last.  We will be collecting monetary donations for the Pittsford Food Cupboard.
Food/Warming Tent:  NEW location
The food tent will be located in the parking lot behind Thirsty’s on State Street. Please bring your food from local food vendors to enjoy your meal. We will have a heater to help keep you warm!
Parking/Traffic
Parking will be available in parking lot behind the library, at a section of St. Louis Church, lot behind Northfield Common and Schoen Place. Some side streets may have parking. Spaces are limited, and also limited to handicapped parking.
South Main St. will close down at 4:00 p.m., so be prepared for traffic congestion.  Church Street will close down to street traffic to allow Horse & Carriage Ride to offer rides through the Village. Arrive early if you can!
