We are a locally based provider of business telephone services.
How did your business start?
It started 45 years ago, when my dad founded ICS Telecom and set the bar for our company today. He always said… “take care of your customers and they will take care of you”. In 2002 we established Convergent Telecom built upon the foundation that my dad laid.
How long has your business been in existence?
21 years.
What excites you about your business?
We love telecom and have been doing it for decades. The evolution of telecom and how it helps small business in particular is very gratifying.
Why is the Chamber important to you as a business person in Pittsford?
To help us network and spread the word about our business. We believe in doing business locally whenever we can and the Chamber helps with that.
